About

I’ve spent decades working inside complex systems — cybersecurity, leadership, organizations, technology, and people.

Over time, I noticed a pattern:
Most failures don’t happen because people don’t care.
They happen because incentives are misaligned, complexity is ignored, and uncomfortable truths go unspoken.

That observation — more than any title or credential — is what shapes how I think.

I care deeply about clarity, accountability, and responsibility. I also believe that certainty is often overstated, expertise is frequently confused with confidence, and people are far more capable than we give them credit for.

I’m serious about these ideas — but I’m not humorless about them.

I have ADHD. I follow curiosity. Sometimes that means detours. I try to make the wandering useful.

This site is where I think out loud, explore ideas honestly, and challenge narratives that don’t hold up under scrutiny. Not to win arguments — but to understand what’s actually going on.

If you’re looking for hype, polished answers, or performative certainty, this probably isn’t your place.

If you value clear thinking, honest questions, and responsibility over excuses, you’re welcome here.
